Official Rules for The Signature Room Grille's
“Win a Wedding Reception” Drawing
1. How to Enter. Enjoy our special four-course champagne
dinner at The Signature Room at the 95th or The Signature
Room Grille on February 14, 2004 and complete an entry
form. One entry per diner. No purchase necessary. See below
for alternate means of entry.
2. Prize. One (1) wedding reception for up to one hundred
(100) guests will be provided to the winner selected in
a random drawing from all eligible entries. Drawing will
be held on February 15, 2004. Reception is up to six hours
and includes all food, beverages and service. Some restrictions
apply. Gratuity and entertainment are not included. Food
and beverage selections are at Sponsor’s option.
Reception may be held at either The Signature Room at the
95th in the John Hancock Center in downtown Chicago or
The Signature Room at Seven Bridges in Woodridge, Illinois.
(Approximate retail value: $10,000.00) Reception must be
held between April 1, 2004 and March 31, 2005. Date subject
to availability. Odds of winning depend upon number of
eligible entries.
3. Eligibility. Drawing open to US residents 18 years
of age and older, except employees of Infusion Management
Group, Inc., The Signature Room at the 95th, The Signature
Lounge, The Signature Room Grille, or The Signature Room
at Seven Bridges, their affiliates, advertising/promotion
agencies and agents, and members of their immediate families.
Proof of eligibility may be required.
4. General. Winner will be notified by mail no later than
March 1, 2004 and will be required to complete and return
an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Failure
to return the completed affidavit within two weeks of its
mailing to winner may result in disqualification and award
of prize to an alternate winner. Drawing is subject to
all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
All taxes on prize are winner’s responsibility. The
decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters relating
to the drawing. By entering, winner consents to promotional
use of his/her name and likeness and descriptions and photographs
of the wedding reception without additional compensation.
5. Alternate Means of Entry. Non-diners may also complete
an entry form at The Signature Room at the 95th in the
John Hancock Center or The Signature Room Grille on the
evening of February 14, 2004. Limit one entry per person.
6. Name of Winner. The name of the winner will be posted
on the www.signatureroom.com web site beginning on March
31, 2004.
7. Sponsor. Infusion Management Group, Inc., 875 North
Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.
