Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment
and utensils in clean and orderly condition; performs
deep cleaning in back and front of house areas; and
completes all opening (A.M. Steward) or closing (P.M.
Steward) duties as assigned in the Stewarding S.O.P
manual. Other duties as assigned.

Prefer high school education; or up
to six months related experience or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
While performing the duties of this
job, the employee is regularly required to stand,
walk, and use hands to handle or feel, and reach with
hands and arms. The employee frequently is required
to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee is occasionally required to taste or
smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move
up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required
by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral
vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
