Tricia Bryant Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Tricia has worked her way through a variety of staff positions at The Signature Room, starting as a Cash and Sales Assistant in 1995. Three years later she was promoted to Catering Coordinator, which led to her role as Catering Manager in 2002, Director of Sales in 2011, and ultimately to her current position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. According to Tricia, "Our team takes great pride in their careers and strives to provide a superb fine dining experience to our guests."

Over the years, Tricia has had many career highlights including planning and executing two annual dinners for the Les Amis d'Escoffier Society, planning a dinner at the James Beard House in New York, heading up a chef exchange in Munich, Germany with restaurant 181 and participating in South Beach food and wine festival. Tricia has also coordinated events for countless celebrities, sports icons, musicians, and political figures throughout her 20 plus years at The Signature Room. Her leadership style of being “consultative, persuasive, and democratic” is truly what has made her successful on the 95th floor of the former John Hancock Center for the past two decades. Tricia always puts the guests first: "I want them to take away a great memory from dining here."

Mallory McGrail Private Dining Senior Sales Manager

It was love at first sight when Mallory McGrail discovered the field of hospitality. Hired as a Reservations Agent at the Signature Room, Mallory quickly found herself enchanted by her opportunity to create spectacular memories for dining room guests. Her expertise, passion and dedication to provide an excellent guest experience are what carried her into a position on the Private Dining Sales Team. Serving as the private dining coordinator, Mallory began to fine-tune her knowledge of the food & beverage industry before she was promoted to Sales Manager in January of 2018.

Early in her career, Mallory was amazed by all the moving parts of a fine dining establishment and learned the importance of quality communication and organization. Mallory believes in a strong core team dedicated to meeting client needs and surpassing expectations--while adding a personal touch. She is proud to be part of a team that embodies these values and strides to provide a welcoming and truly memorable dining experience, complete with delicious food and exquisite views.

Mallory currently resides in the suburb of Oak Park, and enjoys painting, reading and exploring new restaurants in her free time.

Kianna Moore Private Dining Junior Sales Manager

After starting her career in hospitality as a bartender, Kianna Moore joined The Signature Room® as a reservations agent and was eventually promoted to her current position as a Junior Private Dining Sales Manager. Her passion for hospitality comes from the interaction she has with her guests, especially those travelling from all over the world. Kianna is a natural planner so her role within the sales department was a perfect addition to a team that has decades of experience.

Being part of a dedicated team that works together and strives to provide outstanding customer service to every guest, regardless of origin, is what drives Kianna to help you celebrate life’s greatest moments. Kianna believes your experience should not only include amazing food, cocktails and wine, but excellent service, from the initial correspondence through your departure. The knowledge, attentiveness, passion and hospitality Kianna shows, along with our staff, will ensure you’ll never leave the restaurant with anything less than a fabulous experience.
